testlink 1.9.14: Notes not displayed one below other

Hi,
I have installed TestLink 1.9.14 on both windows 2012 machine and mac ios 10.4.
When I execute the scripts and add some notes in the notes section, I can see multi-line notes on mac TestLink but on windows, notes are displayed on a single line.
Notes on mac:
Test result 1
Test result 2
Notes on Windows:
Test result 1 Test result 2
Is there any compatibility issue or any configurations/settings are missing?
