TestLink 2.0 - MySQL - Foreing Keys InnoDB ENGINE

Hi:
2.0 will be released with support for Foreing Keys by default.
If user do not want or cant use he/she will need to remove from file the Engine clause
(at least this MySQL said, need to be tested)
