Revised slide deck split into separate Docker & Vagrant versions

Per the request of Joe Block, I've modified the original slide deck from the Testing Your Automation Code workshop to be in two different slide decks.  One with a version for the Docker content and another with tailored for the Vagrant content, as the interspersed version is difficult to follow in PDF form.
