we have urgent requirement of Test Engineer in Networking Domain
Job Description:
* Should have experience (2yr+) of testing firewall, router, UTM, AP class of devices for throughput, security, general firmware QC, compliance, conformance.
Must have have protocol level knowledge of:
* Ethernet, VLAN, PPPoE framing and protocols
* IPv4, IPv6, Dynamic Routing Protocols
* IPSec, GRE, and other tunnels
* TCP, MSS, Window Sizes, Algorithms
* DHCP, DHCP6, DNS, DNS6
Must have sound technicalexpertiseon:
* Packet structures, packet capture and generation
* Write script using bash, TCL/Perl/Python
* Hands on Ixia/Spirent platforms for traffic generation and measurements
* Linux Operating System, File Systems, overall OS architecture
* SNMP, Syslog, ntop, top, tcpdump etc. for monitoring
* Security test/attack tools
* Performance test tools
Nice to have
* Exposure to build platforms like OpenWRT or Yocto
* Application Testing of EMS, NMS
* Working in Scrum/Sprint processes
Work-Ex, Minimum
* At least 2 years of QC/Testing role
