Few points to clarify:
1) Why its paid? As we are spending lot of effort and time on daily basis to curate all the job openings across india, we wanted to have this little support from you for our efforts.
2) We share openings usually on weekdays like Mon - Fri (As weekends are usually non working hours and curated openings you ll receive on monday)
3) If any day we miss to share the openings due to some unavoidable circumstances, we ll extend your enrollment to 31 days from 30 So that you dont loose the amount for the non sharing days.

3. Able to conduct feasibility studies/POC/discovery workshops independently

5. Come up with industry standard best practices
Mandatory skill set:
1. Very good in automation concepts
2. Strong experience in creating automation frameworks
3. Experience in coding to build and use automation frameworks, design patterns, code review and quality checks, Java/.NET, TestNG, Selenium, RestAssured automation, Soap UI, JSON and XML, Eclipse IDE, Maven, GIT, etc.
4. Expertise in any programming language preferably Core java
5. Good knowledge in design principles and design patterns
6. Excellent knowledge in tools such as Selenium, UFT
7. Experience in Mobile Automation framework preferably using Appium
8. Excellent Oral and written communication skills
9. Good Knowledge in estimation, risk management, test metrics
