Hi there, I'm unable to do anything at this screen.

You just need to tap anywhere to get 10 faith which will allow you to unlock Genesis, which will unlock the next concept and start generating Faith automatically. This was the first part of the tutorial which I think didn’t work for you for some reason. I pushed out a new build this morning so you should be able to update.
