I purchased your 15-tester package for my app on 16 July 2026
(package: com.bestsongever.app - BestSongEver: AI Song Gifts).

Google Play Console currently shows only 12 testers enrolled
continuously, so 3 of the original 15 are no longer counted.

This is a problem because Google requires at least 12 testers for
14 continuous days. At exactly 12 I have no margin: if a single
tester opts out or uninstalls, the count drops below 12 and the
14-day timer resets from zero. I am currently on day 7.

Could you please add 3 more testers to bring the package back to
the 15 I paid for?

English Meaning:  Conduct a closed-loop test with at least 12 test users for at least 14 days.

Currently, 12 test users have been continuously registered for 7 days.
