Thank you for reporting this. You are right — the issue is on our side, not with your Google account. The closed-testing release is currently not active in Google Play, so the opt-in page cannot provide access yet.
I’m correcting the Play Console configuration and will send an update in this thread as soon as the test becomes available. Please do not keep retrying for now.
