The AnnotationBasedMetadataBuilder.build(Collection<Class<?>>
classesUnderTest, Collection<ClassLinkMetadata> testClassesMetadata,
Collection<Class<?>> inputTestClasses)
has a tremendous sideeffect modifying lists passes as input if they are null
