project renaming and beta1 release

Hi all,

after a long silence here, we are ready to release the beta1!!!

Before that I've decided (with Alessio) to change the name of the project to something more evocative :) of the capabilities of our project to predict which are correct tests to run.

The name we have selected is SibillaTest. I have just opened a new google group and posted there all the information about the "new" project.
