automatic email policy changed by google code

Google code have changed policy of automatic email notifications (for issues and commits).

We've outgrown our old way of sending notification emails. We originally sent all emails from codesite...@google.com, but now we need to start sending your notification emails from test...@googlecode.com.

I already changed all the settings for issues and commits mailing lists. Of course if you have any filter n your email client or gmail based on sender you have to update it.
