FYI: this is a software engineer's DREAM JOB. Wouldn't it be fun to
work for a company that gets the latest and greatest Microsoft
technology directly from the Microsoft Labs? Access to front-end
technologies like Expression / Silverlight / WCF, and integration
technologies like BizTalk and WBI before the rest of the engineering
world gets to play. Talk about a resume builder...

One of Microsoft's biggest and most respected Solutions Provider /
Partner is expanding aggressively in Los Angeles and we've been asked
to help locate and place the best of the best code warriors
available. This group is about to deliver one of the most robust,
comprehensive, bleeding-edge web and integration solution to a Fortune-
class client based in northern Los Angeles, and there are more
projects on deck behind that.

This is a CUSTOMER-FACING, professional-services position, not an in-
house dev. As such we need engineers who are able to hammer out
scalable, bug-free code in aggressive and fast-paced development
environments. If you'd like to see a more detailed job description,
just let us know.

Your Core Qualifications:
- BSCS or related is nice to have
- Unbridled passion for cutting-edge technology and unparalleled
commitment to customer satisfaction
- Polished, professional demeanor that puts clients at ease
- Superior multi-tasking, time-management and organizational ability
- You are usually the smartest person in the room with C#, ASP.NET
- Impressive ability with SOA, Web Services, ADO.NET, UML Modeling,
Winforms, SQL Reporting Services (you get the idea)

Big Bonuses:
Experience with Silverlight / WCF / WPF / XAML / Expression / AJAX for
web dev OR
Experience with BizTalk / WBI for integration
