How to run TE on different directories (paths) at the same time?

Hi people. (Sorry about my english.. :-) )

I need your help. I'd like to analyse a system with java class files
in diferent paths. I'd like to know how could i run TE (command line)
on the classes in different directories at the same time?

I've attached a picture to show how is organized the application that
i want to analyse.

there is a -cp option, does that not do the trick?
