Alpha 2 on the way

Finishing off alpha 2. Did a bunch of triage on the docs and ran through the
bug reports from alpha 1.

Here's the list of bugs I hope to fix tonight before alpha 2:

These should fix Test::Class.

Here's the list of known important broken test modules which will not be fixed
before alpha 2:

* Test::Aggregate
Unknown and unanalyzed. It's deeply in bed with Test::Builder.
[rt.cpan.org 64604] fixes one problem.

* Test::SharedFork
Written to the alpha 1 event system. Needs to be rewritten for the
alpha 2 event watcher system.

* Test::Group
Relies on subtests which are currently very broken
