Level : Team Lead/AM
Location :Bangalore
Exp :5.2 to - 10 Years
Job Type: Permanent
JD: Generic Siperian - Understand Software/System components and associated specifications for Oracle Clinical application. - Analyze and Design Oracle Clinical application components based on defined specifications. - Understand the domain methodology/functionalities for the application. - Assign task and tracking. - To ensure that all the production support tickets on the Oracle Clinical application get resolved within SLA. - To deliver work as per the defined processes & guidelines, and as per the schedule. - To update the immediate supervisor periodically about the status of the deliveries and also to highlight issues, as & when they come up. - To participate/ contribute in Knowledge Sharing Sessions / Trainings which are either identified ones or mandatory on Oracle Clinical application. - Handling of the assigned task effectively and ensure that the team also meet their objectives. - Communicate effectively with onsite client and client team.
