5) Time Deposit processing
6) Clearing –Payment Systems (Cheque Deposit & Cheque Payment)
7) Cheque Processing (Cheque Issuance/Cheque Requests/Cheque Cancellations)
8) Back Office Transactions/Operations
9) Interest Accruals, Interest Capitalizations, Interest Payments
10) Loans (Personal Loans/Auto Loans/Home Loans ) knowledge – NOT as just marketing agents/executives but as actual loan processors
B. Testing :
1) Concepts of SDLC/Testing Life Cycle
2) Defect Reporting/Tracking (Nice to have QC knowledge)
3) Testing types
4) SIT/UAT/Conversion Testing experience
5) Test Plan/Strategy (for Lead level & above)
