Hi,
I've managed to checkout, compile and deploy Test-Analytics. Now I have the problem, that I get error messages right after loading the page, also when I want to create new projects. Here's an example:

Error querying starred projects.

Exception of type: com.google.gwt.user.client.rpc.StatusCodeException 404 <html><head><title>Apache Tomcat/7.0.23 - Error report</title><style><!--H1 {font-family:Tahoma,Arial,sans-serif;color:white;background-color:#525D76;font-size:22px;} H2 {font-family:Tahoma,Arial,sans-serif;color:white;background-color:#525D76;font-size:16px;} H3 {font-family:Tahoma,Arial,sans-serif;color:white;background-color:#525D76;font-size:14px;} BODY {font-family:Tahoma,Arial,sans-serif;color:black;background-color:white;} B {font-family:Tahoma,Arial,sans-serif;color:white;background-color:#525D76;} P {font-family:Tahoma,Arial,sans-serif;background:white;color:black;font-size:12px;}A {color : black;}A.name {color : black;}HR {color : #525D76;}--></style> </head><body><h1>HTTP Status 404 - /test-analytics/service/user</h1><HR size="1" noshade="noshade"><p><b>type</b> Status report</p><p><b>message</b> <u>/test-analytics/service/user</u></p><p><b>description</b> <u>The requested resource (/test-analytics/service/user) is not available.</u></p><HR size="1" noshade="noshade"><h3>Apache Tomcat/7.0.23</h3></body></html>

When loading the page, the browser cannot find the following resources (404):

http://localhost:8080/test-analytics/service/user

http://localhost:8080/test-analytics/service/project

I assume the problem is that I didn't configure any users or a project workspace, but I didn't find any documentation on how to do that. Is there any manual I didn't find so far? Or can anyone describe me how to set it up correctly?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Kind regards,

SW

I don't believe you should get a 404 for those servlets if data do not exist.  It could be an issue with the setup -- it is looking for those servlets in one location but tomcat is providing them at a different URL.

I'm uncertain if there's some way to see what URLs apache tomcat is serving, but if so that could point you toward a config issue if they're at a URL other than what the UI expects.
