Compiling the tesseract-ocr with Visual Studio 2013

I am trying to set-up tesseract on Visual Studio 2013 version.

I tried to do as in http://vorba.ch/2014/tesseract-3.03-vs2013.html

However it does not work in the latest code in github.

Can anyone list the steps to use tesseract in Visual Studio 2013 ?

Or update the patch to be used at the above location.

I am working on Windows 64 bit machine, 

If anyone can upload the libs, dll and header files to github, that also would be helpful.
