box outside rectangle and invalid box errors

I'm using the latest Cygwin version of tesseract (v3.04.01) and I'm getting the following errors when I OCR an image:

Error in boxClipToRectangle: box outside rectangle

Error in pixScanForForeground: invalid box

What do these errors mean?  Is there a reference somewhere for the error messages?

I've attached the image in question.

That doesn't appear to be the same error (Warning in pixReadMemJpeg: work-around: writing to a temp file), but thanks for the link anyway!  I'll look and see if the pixScanForForeground is a Leptonica error.
