error running -- psm 1 Automatic page segmentation with OSD : (1, "Failed loading language 'heb' Tesseract couldn't load any languages! Could not initialize tesseract.")

I have been trying to extract text from an image using Tesseract default  PSM mode  and succeed

then I tried to switch to mode 1 and received the following error :

(1, "Failed loading language 'heb' Tesseract couldn't load any languages! Could not initialize tesseract.")

I assume in order to solve it I need to install the Hebrew traindata but  don't know on which directory to place the data. 
I am running Tesseract via PyTesseract on a Linux Ubuntu 18.04
