Set number of words to recognize

Hello developers!,

I'm a new Tesseract developer and im using Tess-Two fork.

I'm trying to set to the config file the maximum number of words that Tesseract must recognize, there is a possible way to do this?

Also, there is any good tutorial about config file most important parameters and how it works?
