Supermarket recipte parser with OCR

Hello everyone i'm trying to developing a program that parse the supermarket recipte but i'm getting problem in detection of text i tried gray scaling sharpen image and some opencv technique but nothing make the detection improve.

It will great if you provide any suggestion about that.
