failed To stop training

I am trying to fine tune trained data on some images. I have 8 batches of sample data.
For first batch I am using best trained data as starting trained data.

For second batch, using first batch's trained data.
But when i am calling stop_training command, it is giving error :
Code range change from 110 to 111!
Must supply the old trained data for code conversion!
Failed to read continue from checkpoint.
Please help.

Issue resolved after reinstalling tesseract and all training tools
