Pb with simple image with bad result in Tesseract

to tesseract-ocr

If i try this image with the line :

tesseract 01002a.bin.png 01002a.bin -psm 3 -l eng

It give the result :

I Hastings-{great an pericéitaily ailuviai sails.

I try some web service on the net with very good results.

Do you have an idea (type of police, parameter ...) who can change the quality of the result ?
