Processing the image attached with
tesseract: 3.04.00

leptonica : 1.72

libjped 8c :libpng 1.4.3 : libtiff 3.9.4 : zlib 1.2.8

I got a really bad result

When running with -psm as 1 or 12, the command line shows the message "Weak margin (0.00) for 0 blobl text block, but using orientation anyway: 0".

do that zeros means something i a missing?

any reason of why result is that bad

You are attempting to recognize a very low resolution image. You should aim for ~300 dpi.
