Specify target file name patterns?

I may have missed it in teh command line parameters but is there any way to specify the names of target OCR-ed PDF files instead of having a (Windows in my case) file copy of the original file?

Hello,

your request is not clear to me (e.g. tesseract does not ocr pdf). Maybe it would be good if you describe what are you doing (command), what is the output of your command and what is your desired output?
