To extract just table column headers as individual entities or in list

I have a table in a document. I just want to extract the column headers(column name) in the table as either individual entities or as a list.

I made some research and found some enums like PT_HEADING_TEXT used in publictypes.h.  Though, I am not sure how to make use of it.

May i know how we can achieve it through tesseract.
