training on tesseract 4.1 with tesstrain.sh

Hello! For personal reason, I'm trying to train the eng model from scratch with 4.1 ver, using the tutorial from  How to train Tesseract 4.00 | tessdoc (tesseract-ocr.github.io) (I know tesstrain.sh is no longer supported).

I noticed that "CTC Outputs" and "LSTMForward" windows are mentioned in "Training from scratch" section. What are these windows? Are they tools from tesseract or just some output files?
