How to train unclear license plate using Tesseract 4

Hi,

I am using tesseract 4 for text recognition and I need to train unclear license plate images using tesseract 4. I already trained license plate images using https://github.com/tesseract-ocr/tesseract/issues/841, but results are not so good. I tried training on license plate images using some image processing operations but results are still not accurate. How can train unclear license plate images using tesseract 4 for improving accuracy?

You might get better results using tesseract 3.x -
