Unable to recognize capital 'I'

Hi all,

I'm trying to recognize single letters from a table cell and I'm able to recognize all letter except the capital 'I'... maybe because is too short?

Problem is tesseract returns nothing and my program fails silently.

I've tried using psm 10 but no success. Can you help me?
