Training tesseract 3.03 in a custom C and C++ code using C-API

Good day, I have succesfully trained tesseract manually and being able to follow instruction on how to use C API to access function in C code to develop you personal app using the API for basic tesseract application

Now I am looking at a way that I can call functions to do the training in a custom Application without using the systems command under Ubuntu 14.04.

Similar as to use the C-API example.

Any help or document will be appreciated.

Hi Shree; I am building my own custom C program and I wanted to know how can I use the API for doing the training processes.

I think jtessboxeditor is a complete software that you can just use for training not for using in your custom source, please advice.

Thanks his source is written in Java and I am writing C program and I need to do training as in the https://code.google.com/p/tesseract-ocr/wiki/TrainingTesseract3

 without using system command just calling proper functions.

I don't think the training functions are exposed as API. Other developers can confirm on this.
