/sbin/ldconfig.real: /usr/local/lib is not a known library type

I followed the instructions in https://github.com/tesseract-ocr/tesseract/wiki/Compiling but in last line

sudo ldconfig

I got these errors:

/sbin/ldconfig.real: /usr/local/lib is not a known library type
/sbin/ldconfig.real: /usr/local/lib/pkgconfig is not a known library type

What's the problem and how can I fix it?

Also I want to test the program for Persian/Farsi language. How can I do that?

This error has nothing to do with tesseract - ldconfig is standard linux command[1]. Something is wrong set-up in your system.
