Attached is an image that I am trying to run through Tesseract. There are pen-strokes touching the desirable characters. Are there options that can be set to assist in capturing the data?

I am currently using the Windows command-line version of Tesseract 3.05.00dev, with the following config file values:

tosp_min_sane_kn_sp 3
classify_class_pruner_threshold 240
classify_cp_cutoff_strength 1
classify_class_pruner_multiplier 100
