tesseract WIndows 10 Newbie here

One of the requirements of alimranahmed/LaraOCR is that the Tesseract command is accessible

after installing tesseract-ocr-w64-setup-v5.0.0-alpha.20201127.exe, I still can't run it.

any advice?

Check that the tesseract directories is added to Path so that it can be found.
