hi

sorry but i can't solve this error. when i used  "text2image --text=training_text.txt –outputbase=eng.Times New Roman,.exp0 --font='Times New Roman,' --fonts_dir=/usr/share/fonts"

show me this :

Output file missing!

!FLAGS_outputbase.empty():Error:Assert failed:in file text2image.cpp, line 428

Segmentation fault (core dumped)

can you please help me?

Which version of tesseract are you using? Which platform?

Try building the latest code from github and use that.
