Making a serachable PDF.

Complete programming noob, so please pardon my ignorance.

I really want to convert this PDF into a searchable pdf but I barely understand any of the coding stuff written on Github. I've managed to install the app but I don't know what to enter in the command line.

Could someone link me to a "to do" please

Try to use a gui frontend such as gimagereader or ocrmypdf.

Tesseract does not take pdf as input.
