size of character

Hello everyone.

In this picture the point is recognize as o, u or g.. so the results its false. To enhance the recognization, I would like to give to Tesseract , a minimum of character size in order if he recognize its a charactere which its size is less than the one I fixed, it wouldnt return a character. I'm doind this because it doesnt recognize the font and the point are returned as o, g , u, t...

I dont know if its possible
