Bold Text

Hi, 

How can I get Tesseract to recognize bold text? It is able to read all text regardless of its format (italic, bold, plain, etc.) but I want to know if Tesseract can specifically identify what format the text is in. It appears that the ability to identify different formats such as bold text was available in Tesseract version 3 (although it is not very accurate) but I do not see it as a feature in Tesseract version 4 or version 5. Is there a reason the developers removed that feature in the newer versions?
