I wish to run Tesseract on Android platform
Android in based on Linux running on ARM architecture.
Can you advice how can I compile Tesseract for such system.

I don't think the Android platform supports non-Java at the moment.
If/when it does, you might try setting the preprocessor defines
GRAPHICS_DISABLED and EMBEDDED

Where should I set these defines? Which header file is seen by everything?

Hi Ray,
Android supports running native code either by JNI or simply by
executing a command line.
Do you this tesseract can be compiled for such environment? LINUX +
ARM?
