My main purpose is to get the coordinates of a word present in an

Hi Sriranga,

I am using Tess4J with Java language. I am able to extract image. But
I am not able to extract coordinates of the text. Can you guide me how
to do this.

You can get point coordinates of any filled area in an image with opencv using findcontours. A bit time consuming to learn how to do it but very helpful tool.

harry,
If you are generating image and box file containing co-ordination from the text file, you have to use jboxeditor ->tools ->generate tiff/box. Please forward sample of text with indication of which lang you. I will test it and feed back to you.
