Finding a OCR program for Danish and math recognition

Hello everyone!

As a dyslexic student, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to keep up with schoolwork and stay organized. That's why I have been searching for a reliable OCR program that can help me read my text more efficiently and accurately.

Here are the specific features I am looking for in an OCR program:

  • Good ability to recognize text layout and follow the original text structure of the document.
  • Support for Danish language.
  • Ability to recognize mathematical equations.

I have already scanned in my school books with a high-quality scanner (scansnap) and added bookmarks for the different chapters manually. I am currently using Kofax Power PDF, which has been working well for me, but I am open to exploring other options as well.

If anyone has any recommendations for OCR programs that meet these criteria, I would be extremely grateful. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
