OCR from Video with OSD

Hi,

1th sorry for my so bad english write.

I'm Delphi developper trying decode OSD informations.

For this:

1° i read video from vlc librarie v1.1.11
2° i do screenshoot
3° try decode any OSD informations

But this don't work. What to do ? This comming from font ?
