"bazaar" config file not setting "load_system_dawg" & "load_fre_dawg" to False

Hi,

I created a bazaar config file with the below contents:

load_system_dawg     F
load_freq_dawg       F

Then I just ran 

tesseract --print-parameters bazaar | grep load

The output for load_system_dawg and load_freq_dawg is:

load_system_dawg 1 Load system word dawg.
load_freq_dawg 1 Load frequent word dawg.

Why are they still true?

Because  print-parameters  option do not except any other options e.g. it prints default options.

But if I try:

tesseract --user-patterns eng.user-patterns --print-parameters | grep user_patterns

I can get the user-pattern file:

user_patterns_file eng.user-patterns A filename of user-provided patterns.

user_patterns_suffix A suffix of user-provided patterns located in tessdata.

So it means that options before  print-parameters are processed but rest is ignored. (e.g. config files, because they must be at the end of command)
