Add dedicated Dockerfile for the tutorial?

The current Dockerfile is not readily usable for going through the tutorial.
After tinkering a bit I ended up writing a Dockerfile from scratch and thought it could be a good idea to add it to the repo (e.g. Dockerfile.tutorial). Attached.
What do you think?
