Need To write output of multiple images text data (OCR) to a csv file using tesseract

We need to write text data to a csv file using tesseract(4.0 alpha version we are using). So that we can difereniate output of each and every image. With the below command we are unable to seggregate the output as there is no separator in this. Please let me know if there is a way to acheive this using tesseract through cmd prompt.
