Unable to correctly OCR the image

Hi, 

I am trying to OCR the image, but unable to get the correct result. I tried few image enhancement techniques but failed. Can anyone help me with this. I have attached the image.

Hi ,

try histogram equalization method to remove the black spot from the background , increase the dpi to 300 if it is not already and increase the size of the image to 4 times and try .
