How to speed up Tesseract

I'm running Tesseract in a personal project of mine and I'd like to speed it up. My system is Intel i5-4430 CPU (3 GHz), Nvidia GTX 980 Ti GPU, DDR3L-1600 RAM and my HDD speed is 150 MB/s. What's the bottleneck here?
