training scripts in 5.0.0

Hi,

I am updating the cygwin package from 4.1.1 to 5.0.0
and I noticed that 3 scripts

language-specific.sh
tesstrain.sh
tesstrain_utils.sh

are not anymore in the source code.

Have they been replaced by something else that I should pack instead ?

Please see the tesstrain repo. Python version of tesstrain.sh etc have been moved there.
