Tesseract font style recongition

Hi,

I'am using tesseract to identify the text font style (bold, italic, serif, etc ..) however tesseract result is sometimes wrong,

To remember, this post was in 2008 according to Ray Smith: The bold and italic indicators are currently incorrect. In 3.0 this state should be fixed.

Question:

Did the Tesseract 3.02 fixed the bold and italic indicator problem ?
