Tesseract output empty but length is 5

Hi,

I am using tesseract OCR in my project and i trained tesseract with 70 fonts and used it in my code.The output is empty but is lengths are 5 and 6 as you can see in the screenshot

Has anyone experienced anything like this before? can someone please help me with this issue?
